Autumn flavors at Laurent

Alain Pégouret is proud to present his new collection. His original creations are translated into a performance of flavors and colors as the ‘Game terrine in jelly covered with meringue shell’ or Cod fish with lemon balm, coriander and spicy red cabbage’. We are also delighted to welcome back one of his signature dishes, ‘Roots vegetables seasoned with aromatics and spicy oils, so splendid that we admire as a great masterpiece.
