Alain Pégouret, a native of Cannes, was trained by great chefs – Christian Constant and Joël Robuchon, and took charge of the kitchens at the Restaurant Laurent in February 2001.
Since then, he has ceaselessly striven for perfection, with a menu that follows the seasons: Alain Pégouret provides thrills for the taste buds of gourmets and lovers of fine food alike creating some thirty new dishes each year.
