The cellar at Restaurant Laurent, with its stock of nearly 30,000 bottles, is renowned in Paris.
The cellar showcases French wines (Bourgogne, Bordelais, Alsace, Rhône…) but also features wines from Portugal, Switzerland, Italy, Austria and Germany. The man in charge of all this is sommelier Patrick Lair: after his initial training at Lucas Carton, he went to Le Gavroche in London, and then returned to Paris to work at the Ritz before joining the team at the Laurent.
